I got to use a Hasselblad XPan over the weekend. Unfortunately due to the rain I didn't really get to use
it for what I wanted. I didn't want to let the camera sit around so I drove down to phoenix and shot a

I shot this photo probably a year ago. I was really bummed when I got these slides back. Its such an epic looking spot but so hard to shoot. It was really difficult setting up my flashes around this spot. There was a grip of people walking to my left and water all around me. One of my flashes almost got knocked in the water and I almost got seriously injured shooting this haha. Those big pillars lined the right side of me which made any other angle than the one I shot nearly impossible. I would like to back and try to shoot something better but who knows. I suck

I would like to know what you guys think though. Please, let me know.

A few months back Garritt, Brandon, Caleb and myself were at this rail. Garritt kicked out
and his board pwnd my head so hard. I ended up getting five staples in my head later that night.

I would have to say the worst part is that my camera rolled down about 10 steps before
Garritt stopped it. That really sucked

It was a pretty fun trip. Shot a bunch of film that I have to get developed this week. I'm trying to shoot only film these dayz. Its pretty awesome considering I get a nice discount at work! Here are some goodies though.

Skating with Garritt is awesome. He always gives 100% no matter how broke off he gets. Never seen such
a determined skater before. Its awesome.

I love having a desktop but I was really wishing I had a laptop in Portland. Stayed up pretty late last night
editing the rest of the photos from the trip. It was such a rad week. I haven't ever been up to Oregon or
Washington. I was constantly blown away by the awesomeness of those places. Always nice and cool, always
epic scenery, and always buttery waterfalls. Super stoked on the trip. Here are most of the photos I shot.

I was super hyped to go out to Tucson today. Me, Zak, Caleb, and Sean all went down to Tucson today around
2pm. It was definitly way to hot to be out skating but it was a lot of fun.

I shot all the bangers on film so the good stuff will be up later this week

This school has everything. It has an 8 stair with a rail, 10 stair with a rail, 12 stair and another 12 stair with a rail.
We were at this school the entire day.

However... Prod, Shane O'Neil, and Oliver Barton showed up to this rail
while we were at it. It was pretty crazy. I was sitting there with my
camera for a while thinking if I should try and snake a shot of prod.
I finally decided to and sure enough, my favorite photographer said
"Hey, please don't shot this man" haha what a bad one. Oh well. I
apologized and he was super cool. Over all this trip was fun but not one
trick was landed. What a very, very bad one!

The last month has seriously been out of control. I haven't skated since a few
weeks before Spring Break. It sucks. Its a good kind of busy though. I got a new
job at Tempe Camera which I am really stoked about. I have been shooting a bunch
of different things like family/senior portraits, golf tournaments, and I even
assisted at a wedding last weekend. Which brings me to my next point! I have been
interning with seriously one of the best photographers in arizona, Fred Ferguson.
He is seriously the raddest dudes ever and is teaching me so much about the buisness.

I found my dad's 35mm that he used in college a few months ago. I love taking it places with me and shooting pointless photos. I'm just to lazy to go get a battery so I have to guess on the exposures. Its more fun that way I think. Here are some photos from this past month.

Lyndsay and I had a picnic on the salt river on Valentines day. It was
pretty cool. She wouldn't let me shoot any pictures of her though so I
had to snap one when she wasn't looking.

For some reason me nick and eric thought it would be fun to go mountain
biking one morning. It was fun for the first 5 minutes and then it got
super sketchy. I don't think I'll be doing that again
